EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Our primary concern is for the safety of our students. All VPC Student Ministries events will be cancelled if the Fairfax County School System cancels school or closes school early, cancels after school activities, or cancels weekend activities in the schools. We will also put cancellation information on the VPC voicemail and send an e-mail to all families on our e-mail distribution list.
